Anthony Falsone, B.S., M.A., C.S.C.S. Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Anthony holds a masters degree in fitness and human performance and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He was head strength coach for both the Houston Rockets and the Houston Comets, and served as personal strength coach for Hakeem Olajuwon, Cynthia Cooper and Yao Ming. During his long career, Anthony has directed training for athletes in the NBA, MLB, NFL and at the Olympic level.

Kimberly Gandler, M.S. Biomechanist
Kimberly holds a masters degree in bioengineering and specializes in human movement mechanics and injury prevention. Her experience includes management of the SHRI-CORE Motion Analysis Lab in Sun City West, Arizona, and six years in a clinical setting with expertise in motion capture. She is an Adjunct Professor of Biomechanics at University of Houston Clear Lake who has presented at national meetings on biomechanics.

Penny L. Wilson, Ph.D., R.D., L.D., Dietitian
Penny holds a Ph.D. in kinesiology from the University of Houston, where she is also a lecturer. As a highly trained nutrition professional, Penny counsels endurance and ultra-endurance athletes and other active individuals in how to achieve peak performance through proper sports nutrition. She currently participates in triathlons and marathons and has raced bicycles on the road and the velodrome.

Rebekah Palaian, L.M.T.
Rebekah is a licensed massage therapist specializing in sports massage. With over ten years combined experience as an athlete, personal trainer, aerobic instructor and coach. She understands the importance of pre-event, post-event, and preparatory massage to help minimize injury and encourage recovery for optimal performance. Rebekah has competed in numerous running and multi sport events from 5K to 70.3 Ironman.
