Human Performance Team
Performing at the highest level without injury is the goal of every athlete. Sometimes this requires
assistance from the human performance experts at the Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute with locations in the Texas Medical Center, Memorial City, The Woodlands and Shepard Square.
This highly trained team includes sports biomechanists, strength and conditioning specialists,
exercise physiologists and sports dietitians. Using performance testing and counseling, they work with
athletes of all ability levels to analyze and improve their biomechanics, training regimens and nutrition, giving them an edge in competition.
Our human performance team has the knowledge and expertise to work with athletes of all ages
and competition levels. Additionally, all team members have played sports and they possess a love and
appreciation for human movement and its impact on our lives. This helps the team relate to every athlete and tailor our programs to fit their individual needs.
